The NIU Women's Basketball International Trip Fund is your opportunity to support the NIU Women's Basketball Program's future international trip. Annual contributions provide additional operational funding for the Women's Basketball Program and support projects that enhance the overall student-athlete experience.
This year's Huskies Invest proceeds will help support us as we plan for an overseas trip with the team in the future.
If you'd like to support the overseas, here are the available support levels:
First Quarter ($500): A first quarter donation will cover one team dinner at a restaurant overseas.
Second Quarter ($1,000): A second quarter donation will cover a 1-night stay for all student-athletes.
Third Quarter ($2,500): A third quarter donation will cover a 1-day excursion for all student-athletes.
Fourth Quarter ($5,000): A fourth quarter donation will cover 1 student-athlete’s full package.
Overtime ($10,000): An overtime donation will cover airfare for all student-athletes.
Contributions to the Women's Basketball Enhancement Fund are tax deductible as allowed by federal tax laws. Donors should consult with their tax advisor concerning all deductions resulting from charitable benefits. Restricted gifts to the Women's Basketball Enhancement Fund currently count toward membership credit to the Huskie Athletic Fund. Up to 10% of your gift(s) will be allocated for operational needs of the Athletics Department and University.
